The following book is the Urdu translation of the book “Amal Al-Yum wal Lailat” compiled by Imam Ahmad bin Shoaib Nasa’i on the night and day routines of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. After Imam Nisai, Ibn Suni, Abu Naeem Isfahani, Hafiz Al-Maqdisi and Allama Jalaluddin Suyuti compiled books under the name of “Amal al-Yum wal Laila”, but the book of Imam Nisai has been awarded the title of good arrangement. This book is the first book written on the habits of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. There are 706 supplications/hadiths in this book of Imam Nasai. Zahid Mahmood Qasmi has adapted this book in Urdu format. Comfort and security is in the remembrance of Allah Ta’ala and keeping any of your activities free from the remembrance of Allah Ta’ala is a cause of loss and regret. If a man’s days and nights are devoid of the remembrance of Allah, then he is drowning in the sea of longings and losses, and there is no other remedy except to establish the remembrance of Allah. The perfect form of protection from these losses is the Messenger of Allah himself. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) has told us from his example. He (peace be upon him) determined the dhikr and supplications according to each occasion and location. which is an antidote to the poison of negligence, but for the use of this antidote, it is necessary that the words of these prayers and adhars are preserved so that no one with their intellect can increase or decrease them, because the prayers and adhars contain the subjects of the glory of the attributes and greatness of Allah Ta’ala. And the exact interpretation of the attributes of this incomparable person can only be what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said. According to the teachings of Islamic law, only prayer has such power. that which can change destiny. Dua is a form of worship that a person can do at every moment and can fulfill his needs from his Creator and Lord Allah, the Most High. While doing dua, keep in mind the manners and conditions of dua.
