So that the life and wealth, honor and dignity of every member of the society can be protected. This is the reason why Islam has organized the highest level of “judgment”, that is, the establishment of justice. And it has been called the Sunnah of the Prophets. And Allah, the Most High, ordered the Prophet ﷺ to judge among the people and said: “O Prophet! Decide between you people according to the guidance revealed by Allah. All the qualities of a ruler, leader, mentor, mentor and supreme judge were gathered in your unique self. Allah Almighty has revealed a solemn promise in the Holy Quran about those who did not agree with your decision and swear by his self. Khakar said that those who do not accept your decisions have been excluded from Islam. After the Prophet, the Caliphs Rashidin held the positions of political leadership, military leadership and other responsibilities, as well as the positions of judges and the Caliphs Rashidin during their caliphate. He made many Qazis and sent them to distant cities. The Imams of Hadith have copied the decisions of the Prophet ﷺ and the Companions of the Prophet in the books of Hadith.
