After the passing away of B. Akram, the period of exaltation of the Companions of the Prophet (PBUH) comes, who are called by the title of ‘Azmat’ after the Companions. History mentions this group with great pride and respect and decides that after the Prophets and Messengers, no such group has arisen on this surface of the earth and under the blue roof of the sky till today, which claims to be equal to the Companions. Can’t do it and will not be born until the next Day of Judgment. The holy and blessed group of the Sahabah had many characteristics and some of them were particularly prominent in some of them, one of which was the style of governance. Those who had this characteristic in high positions were also appointed as governors and rulers by the Prophet ﷺ himself in some places, and after him, this characteristic and ability was also taken advantage of during the blessed reign of the Caliphs. In the book under review, Maulana Mahmood Ahmed Ghazanfar Sahib has praised this characteristic of the Companions. This is a very important book on the subject of Islamic state and government, in which the companions of the Prophet who ruled in different places have been collected. Its study shows what kind of governance Islam advocates and what are the main duties of a Muslim ruler. In this book, such companions have been mentioned who performed the duties of the government in different areas of the Islamic State. The current rulers of the world of Islam can use this book as a torch to achieve the happiness of this world and the hereafter. It is indeed a great blessing and a great service to bring the good life of the Companions to the Mansa Shahud, to highlight their achievements and to bring them to the knowledge and study of the people.
