Fourteen centuries before AD, when people were trapped in darkness, disbelief and polytheism, three hundred and sixty idols were worshiped in Bait Allah. There was murder, prostitution, alcoholism, gambling and unrest all around. The mercy of the Holy Prophet was excited and he sent Khatam-ul-Nabi Hazrat Muhammad (peace be upon him) to reform this corrupt Arab society. Only a small group believed in him.
Which gradually grew into a great power and Hezbollah, God’s army. This group fought hard for the completion of the mission of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). So, with the help of Allah Almighty and the support of the leader of the group, the body of the Arabian Peninsula was turned upside down. This group is called the Companions of the Prophet (PBUH). The entire Ummah that came after them, even though they set the highest levels of piety and followers, could never reach the status of these Companions of the Prophet (PBUH). The congregation of the Companions is the best of all creation after the Prophets. Allah Ta’ala described the virtues and virtues of the Companions in the Qur’an and the Prophet (peace be upon him) through his prophetic language.
Regarding the biographies of the Companions of the Prophet (peace be upon them), many books have been written by Imams Muhadditheen and Raheel Ilam, Al-Asaba and Asad al-Ghabah etc. in Arabic are worth mentioning. Similarly, there are many books in Urdu language. The under-commented book “Iswa Sahaba” is a modern edition compiled by Maulana Abdul Salam Nadwi. Heartfelt mentions of honesty, wisdom, ethics and civility have been presented in a very simple manner.
